Hear fascinating stories at our next Living Library Event

This month Murdoch is again inviting staff and students to the University Library to be swept up in a collection of enthralling stories, without even picking up a book.

Fresh off the success of our first Living Library event earlier this year, Murdoch’s Equity and Social Inclusion Office, in collaboration with the University Library and the Kulbardi Aboriginal Centre, proudly presents a variety of living books celebrating the NAIDOC theme 'Living Narratives of our Nation' on Thursday 11 August.

The premise of the Living Library is simple: instead of borrowing books, visitors are invited to borrow a person for 5-7 minutes to share in their life story.

Murdoch University’s Living Library series is a collaborative project between Equity and Social Inclusion, Murdoch Institute of Technology’s LACE Program and the University Library.

No registration is necessary and everyone is welcome to this unique University event!

When: Thursday, 11 August, 11.30am - 1:00pm
Where: South St Campus Library, North Wing Level 2, 24/7 Common Area
